Anna turned Pro in 1995 and joined the professionals in 1996 at the 'US Open' where she reached the fourth! round.

A highlight for Anna was the Australian Open in 1999. Here she won her first Grand Slam Title for doubles with her friend Martina Hingis.

Was selected to the 1998 People Magazine "50 Most Beautiful People" list, one of only two athletes to make the list.

Moved to Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy in Bradenton, Florida, in February of 1992 with her mother and stayed until moving to Miami in 1997;
